Hot Mulled Cider

Ingredients
  Apple cider 1⁄2 Gallon
  Packed light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar/Cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Whole cloves 6
  Applejack/Bourbon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except applejack in large saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in applejack.
Pour into punch bowl.
