|Light rum||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar cane||2 Teaspoon|
1 Cut the lime in quarters.
2 In a mortar pound the lime quarters along with the sugar using a pestle.
3 Discard the skin, reserving the juice and flavored sugar.
4 Put them in a glass with ice cubes and the rum.
5 Mix briefly.
6 Serve at once.
