Ingredients
  Fresh cherries 24 (With Their Stem)
  White rum 12 Ounce
  Semisweet chocolate 1 Pound
Directions

Wash cherries in cold water.
Drain.
Pat dry.
In a large preserve jar, loosely place cherries.
Pour in rum.
Seal airtight.
Macerate 15 days in refrigerator.
Remove from refrigerator.
Drain cherries.
Pat dry with a paper towel.
Set aside.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Dip cherries halfway in melted chocolate.
Place on wax paper.
Wait for chocolate to set.
Dip cherries once more in melted chocolate.
Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
