Pineapple With Kirsch
|Pineapple||1 Medium, peeled, cored and thinly sliced into rings|
|Castor sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Lay the pineapple rings in a medium sized, shallow serving dish.
Sprinkle on the sugar and pour over the kirsch.
Place the dish in the refrigerator and marinate the pineapple for 3 hours, basting and turning the slices frequently.
Remove the dish from the refrigerator and serve immediately.
