Ingredients
  Semolina 1 Kilogram
  Sugar 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Cocoa powder 200 Gram
  Milk powder 150 Gram
  Baking powder 15 Gram
  Butter 300 Gram
  Water 350 Milliliter
Directions

You have to mix all the the above compostitions without adding the water, until it becomes a kind of scrambled cream;after which you can add the water, an mix it untill it's becoming soft do.
Place it after in the small tray and add on top pistachio, almonds or any kind of your favourite nuts after you put it in the owen, on a 200Grades temperture, ffor 40minutes.
After 40 minutes add on top sugar syrop.(Sugar Syrop recipe: 1KG sugar ,500ml water-mixed on a hot plate and add 2g of lemon powder)
