Ingredients
  Yams 6 Medium, cooked
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (firmly packed)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Place yams in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Pour sauce over the yams and bake at 350° for 30 minutes
