|Eggs||12 Small, separated|
|Grated nutmeg||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Jamaican rum||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Whisky/Brandy||12 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Hot milk/Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add the sugar and one teaspoon grated nutmeg, beating until the mixture is very thick. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Stir in the rum and chill several hours.
