Tomato And Vodka Appetizer

Ingredients
  Ripe cherry tomatoes 10 Ounce
  Very cold vodka 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Kosher salt 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Blanch the tomatoes, cool in cold water, and peel.
Arrange in a bowl with a toothpick in each.
Instruct guests to dip the tomato into the vodka and then into a tiny bit of kosher salt.
And they have a bloody mary on a stick
