Tomato And Vodka Appetizer

|Ripe cherry tomatoes||10 Ounce|
|Very cold vodka||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Kosher salt||2 Tablespoon|
Blanch the tomatoes, cool in cold water, and peel.
Arrange in a bowl with a toothpick in each.
Instruct guests to dip the tomato into the vodka and then into a tiny bit of kosher salt.
