Cassava Cake

Cassava cake is quite popular which is made from cassava, which is also known as manioc and yucca. To make cassava cake, the grated cassava, butter, cheese, sugar, eggs, condensed sugar and evaporated sugar have to be mixed in a bowl thoroughly. Coconut milk has to be added to the mixture and blended further. In the baking tray, the mixture has to be poured and baked for an hour. To prepare the topping, sugar and flour need to be heated in a saucepan. Add condensed milk, cheese and coconut milk to this mixture and blend it further. The topping has to be poured over the cake and then broiled till it turns light brown. Cassava cake needs to be garnished with grated cheese and served immediately.
