African Curry Spice is a commonly used curry powder in African cuisine, which is made from a host of powdered spices. A typical African curry spice contains ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, dried garlic, hot chili powder and cayenne. All of these spices are mixed together to form the African Curry Spice.
