African Curry Spice

 

African Curry Spice is a commonly used curry powder in African cuisine, which is made from a host of powdered spices. A typical African curry spice contains ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, dried garlic, hot chili powder and cayenne. All of these spices are mixed together to form the African Curry Spice. It is different from the South African Curry Powder and the Malay Curry Powder.
