South African Rock Lobster Imperial

Ingredients
  Frozen lobster tails 1 Pound (Use South African Rock)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Canned cream style corn 17 Ounce
  Canned kernel corn 12 Ounce, drained
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen patty shells 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

With scissors, remove underside membrane of lobster tails.
Pull out meat in one piece; dice.
Heat butter in saucepan; saute onion.
Add lobster pieces; stir until meat has lost its translucency and is opaque.
Stir in flour.
Stir in creamed and kernel corn, milk, and mustard; stir over low heat until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Season with salt and pepper.
