Find Quick & Easy Egyptian Salad Recipe!
A fresh and zesty Egyptian salad that goes great with Middle Eastern food.
Cut and mix all ingredients. Serve in a big bowl to share and stir the dressing just before serving.Enjoy this typical Egyptian salad!
1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Green, Red and Yellow)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
2 , sliced
White wine vinegar
1 , juiced
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
1. In a shallow pan, heat extra virgin olive oil and add in the onion. Sauté for a few seconds.
2. Stir in red and yellow bell peppers and sauté for a few minutes. Add in the green pepper and season with salt and pepper.
3. Add in the tomato puree and stir well. Followed by tomatoes and white wine vinegar.
4. Drizzle in the lime juice and turn off the stove. Close the pan with lid and let flavors merge.
