1. In a sauce pan take oil and stir in the millet.
2. Place over the stove and mix for some time.
3. Pour in the water, cover with lid and simmer for 25 minutes.
4. Remove the lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
5. Serve millet with vegetable curry and enjoy!
