Healthy Beef Tagine

Ingredients
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Beef 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
  Green bell pepper 1 , sliced
  Yellow bell pepper 1
  Carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Grape seed oil 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Basil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan heat oil.
2. Add in the onion, garlic and ginger, cook until opaque.
3. Add in carrots and green and yellow bell pepper, stir for few minutes.
4. Pour red wine, sprinkle all the dry ingredients.
5. Add in beef and cover the pan, simmer for 25 minutes on low heat.
6. Before turning off the heat add spinach and cover the pan. Cook for few minutes.

SERVING
7. Garnish beef tagine with basil and serve.
