Eba or Gari

Eba or Gari is a type of FuFu that is made from fermented dried cassava. Eba is one of the quickest way to make a staple and it can be served with Soup or stew such as Egusi soup or okro soup.
Ingredients
  Gari 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs) (or 3 cups depending on desired consistency)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste) (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, pour boiling water. Sprinkle salt if desired.
2. Add the Gari into it by sprinkling it over the water.
3. Stir quickly and mix continuously to get the desired consistency.

SERVING
4. In a serving plate, invert a bowl of Gari to form a dome and serve it hot with any soup or stew.
