Cous Cous Salad

Ingredients
  Cous cous 50 Gram, prepared
  Sweet chilli sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sultanas 10 Gram
  Almonds 5 Gram, flaked and roasted
  Apricots 15 Gram, dried
  Coriander leaves 6 Medium
  Sea salt/Pepper 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare the cous cous.
2. Pre-heat the grill.

MAKING
3. Spread the almonds on a baking tray.
4. Place under the grill and toast until golden brown.
5. Chop the apricots into about 0.5cm dice.
6. Pick the coriander leaves from the stalks.
7. In a clean bowl mix everything together.

SERVING
8. Season the cous cous salad to taste and serve.
