Potato Green Soup - Sauce Feuilles De Patate

In Africa, we have many different ways to cook sweet potato leaves, From Guinea to Congo each country has it own way to cook this recipe that why in this article I am going to show you how do we cook it in Guinea. The sweet potato leaves is very rich and delicious. So let’s get started.
Ingredients
  Sweet potato leaves 200 Gram, finely chopped
  Beef meat 200 Gram, cut into cubes
  Fish 1
  Okra 6 , finely chopped
  Chili To Taste (or red pepper)
  Palm oil 100 Milliliter
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In the pan put the meat, fish, 1 cup of water and salt. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Remove the fish, add the leaves with another cup of water and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Add onion, bouillon, palm oil, chili, and salt in the pan . Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Remove the bones from fish and add it to the pan followed by the okra. Stir regularly and cook for 10 minutes or until liquid is completely absorbed.

SERVING
5. Serve with rice and enjoy.
