African Style Chicken

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut up (1 Chicken, 2 To 2 1/2 Pound)
  Peanut oil/Other cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Beer 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground peanuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried ground chili peppers/Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream/Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Flaked coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy skillet heat oil and brown chicken in it. Keep it aside.
2) Fry onion and garlic in the skillet till golden
3) Mix beer, peanuts, lemon juice, honey, and seasonings.
4) Put chicken into skillet. Cover and cook in simmering heat for 35 to 40 minutes till tender.
5) Transfer chicken into platter and keep warm.
6) In a bowl make a paste of cream and flour, using 2 tablespoons flour per 1 cup cooking liquid. 7) Mix coconut and cook stirring constantly till thick.
8) Pour the mixture over chicken.

SERVING
9) Pass some sauce to pour over rice or potatoes.
