Nicaraguan Rice Drink

Ingredients
  Uncooked rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking cocoa 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Allspice To Taste
  Vanilla extract 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Soak rice in water to cover in bowl overnight; drain.
Combine rice with sugar, milk, baking cocoa, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla in blender container.
Process for 2 minutes.
Strain liquid over ice cubes in glasses.
