North African Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
  Grated lemon peel 4 Tablespoon (Peel Of 2 Lemons)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper/Tabasco sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in ajar with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate and shake well before using. Serve with fruit salads and cottage cheese, or with a salad made by alternating slices of tomatoes, sweet onions, cucumbers and sweet pepper rings.
